Relying on years EMC development experience and the state energetic support for the company by special development fund of transferring military technology to civil use, Business Unit of Hitech Electronic has stepped into EMC test system integration in industry, science, medicine (ISM), information technology and communication electronic industry.
1. Communication equipment
Hitech Company has developed independently the first practical EMC automatic test system of mobile phone terminal in China. The system adopts Agilent''''s EMC analyzer as core receiving device, is configured with necessary receiving antenna and other accessories, and can perform EMC automatic test on mobile terminal products (Including GSM900, DCS1800, WCDMA, PCS1900, TD-SCDMA and mobile phones of different systems) in mobile communication system by running independently developed application software program on automatic test system platform that is developed independently by Hitech Electronic, according to standard YD1032-2000 in China, and taking into account ETS, ETSI, FCC and other standards.
System Functions
Can complete EMC test on portable mobile phone of different systems (GSM/DCS/PCS/WCDMA), following standards YD1032, YD1169.1 and ETS301 489. The system establishes communication link with mobile phone under test through base station simulator, and tests related test items of mobile phone in standby and dedicated modes.

2. Information Technology equipment
System Functions
Mainly conducting EMC test on both of the equipments that satisfy the following conditions in accordance with GB9254, GB17618, GB/T17626, information technology equipment can input, save, display, retrieve, transmit, process, exchange and control data and telecommunication messages, and be configured with one or more terminal port(s) used commonly for information transmission; its rated voltage is not more than 600 V, and measuring frequency ranges from 150 kHz to 6 GHz.

3. Industrial, Scientific and Medical (ISM) Equipment
System Functions
Industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) equipment refers to equipment or appliances which use RF energy and are manufactured for industry, science, medicine, domestic use or similar purposes. The equipment completes measurement of electromagnetic disturbance on industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) equipment in accordance with standard GB4824, and the measurement frequency ranges from 9 kHz to 18 GHz.

4. Automotive Electronics
System Functions
EMC test system of automotive electronics mainly performs EMC test on vehicle-mounted components and parts according to standards CISPR25 and ISO11452. This test system can conduct EMC test for electric machinery (Such as fuel pump, wiper motor, condensation motor, cooling motor, heating motor, power window, starting motor, etc.
), audio and video products (CD player, vehicle-mounted TV, etc.), products in ignition system (Primary and secondary coils for ignition, high-voltage ignition cable, sparking plug), switches (Such as flash relay, etc.), sensors, controllers (Such as body controller, ABS, etc.), instruments (Such as combination meter, etc.
), etc. on vehicle.

EMC Test System of an Automobile Factory
EMC Business Unit of Hitech Electronic has developed a set of EMC test system for an automobile factory.
With Agilent’s PSARx receiver as core receiving equipment and being configured with test accessories of Schwarzbeck and Solar Company, the measurement system fulfills automatic test function of power line and signal line/control line conducted emission test under the control of EMI test software developed independently by Hitech Company.
