At present, system design mainly is configuration based on related standard or consulting similar designed system, and EMC test is performed after the design, therefore, design shortage and solution remodification are easy to appear, which not only increases cost but lengthens production cycle. It becomes inevitable in the industry to rely on EMC forecast and analysis software to conduct theoretic calculation for the system and then guide design process of the system.

?Based on Oracle 10g, the data save is of fast speed, high stability, sound safety, able to prevent saved data damage due to mistake or disastrous accident, and applicable for saving EMC test data with high capacity and requirement of data integrity;

?Developed by COM component technology ,the system is easy to develop and maintain, meanwhile, the characteristics of COM technology greatly facilitate the reuse of COM component as well as expansion and upgrading of system;

With two communication modes for data interaction, namely, network and data document, system dependence is reduced and actual operation becomes more flexible and convenient;

?Querying data information in the database through combining different ways, displaying users the results in list, graph or document, and configuring content of the data report according to actual demand;
