System Introduction

Adopting two levels of computer control programs, the computer control system of hydraulic plate and strip rolling mill is a computer system integrating process control, process management, AGC control, and failure alarm & diagnosis of rolling mill into one. The principal computer is composed of rolling process management computer, while the lower computer is controlled in real time by the roll gap control computer, thickness control computer, configured with multiple independent display operation station (HMI MMI), and networked with the rolling mill PLC to form the complete automatic system of hydraulic plate and strip rolling mill.

Overall Performance Test Platform

System Introduction

Mainly used for overall system performance test, the overall performance test platform includes function & performance test and united system test over the parts, shelter section and subsystem, targets mainly at operating characteristics of products under test, controls operating mode of products under test, provides necessary program-controlled power and load, collects output signals of products under test while outputting their analog input signals, processes and records data analysis results to determine whether the function and performance of product under test meet the design requirements

System Functions

Besides acquisition, recording, processing and analysis on output signal of products under test, the overall system performance test platform also simulates their input signals, that is, when the test platform is connected to various components of products under test, it will first control electricity supply of various component procedures and began operating, then generates required input signal and the excitation source of products under test, while collecting and recording their output signals to determine whether their operating performances meet the design requirements through data result processing and analysis.

In addition, it can change the method of excitation source simulation and signal inputting through software control to detect their operating features and transmission performance of interface, so as to provide a basis for improved design of products under test.
